SynaptiCAD provides a variety of support and training tools to help you learn to use our tools. Our
free support options include:
- Tutorials covering everything from basic waveform editing to advanced simulation
and test bench design. These are shipped with the product and can be accessed through the Help > Tutorials
menu item.
- Animated Tutorials are short movies that demonstrate how to
use the product.
- Application Notes that cover some of the more interesting graphical
aspects of the tools.
SynaptiCAD also provides phone and interactive web based support for customers who are covered under
a current maintenance contract or during the first 30 days after purchasing the product. For support,
please call us at 540-953-3390 or fill out the support form and a
SynaptiCAD representative will contact you. If your maintenance contract has expired there will be a
per incident charge for support issues.
