Software Maintenance contracts are 20% of total sale price if purchased
at the time of product purchase. Maintenance contracts purchased later are 30% of total sale price.
The maintenance period in either case begins from the date of product purchase.
Software Maintenance and Support are free for the first 30 days from product purchase. Customers not
under a maintenance contract will be charged $150/hour (min 1 hour charge) for support and licensing issues after
their initial 30 day free support period expires. Rehosting license files not under maintenance 400.00.
On-Site Support and Training are also available.
