Outputs the current internal time precision (resolution) of the simulator.  This is the unit that db_addtimebreak() expects the time argument to be in.

Syntax:

$db_printinternaltimeprecision()

Outputs a string in the following format:

"Internal time precision: <1,10,100> <s,ms,us,ns,ps,fs>"
